What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, phone number and shipping address, so we can make and deliver your order and keep you updated.
• Account details — if you sign in, your email address, used to show your orders and saved addresses.
• Usage & analytics — with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages and products are popular and how the shop is used (for example pages viewed, device type, and approximate location). This helps us improve the shop.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details — Razorpay handles them under its own privacy policy and security standards.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies and similar storage:

• Essential — needed for the site to work, such as remembering your bag and your chosen theme. These are always on.
• Analytics — only set if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. You can decline, and the site will work exactly the same. Your choice is remembered on your device; clear your browser data to be asked again.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run the shop: Supabase (stores our catalogue, orders and accounts), Firebase Hosting (serves the website), Razorpay (payments), and Google Analytics (usage insights, with consent). We do not sell your personal information.

• Accept or decline analytics cookies any time via the cookie banner.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us.
